Fund2Home is built by Perozo Molina Group, a Florida real estate team at Miami New Realty with fifteen years in Florida. We kept seeing the same thing: families who worked hard, qualified for help to buy their home and never knew it existed.
About four out of five FHA home loans could have qualified for down payment help, and fewer than one in five FHA buyers used help from a government program. Many never knew the help existed, or assumed they didn't qualify. The money is there, and it isn't reaching the families it was meant for. Fund2Home exists to close that gap. The technology and the business are how we do it; the families are why.

Licensed in Florida as a real estate sales associate (SL3533298), and founder of Perozo Molina Group and Invierte en Miami Group. Year after year he saw families work hard for a home and not get there — not for lack of money, because the money already exists, but because of the paperwork. Fund2Home is his answer: to take that paperwork off the family's shoulders so the help reaches the people it was meant for.
What a family can receive is set by each official plan, never by a machine. Our technology reads those plans and does the math, so following more than 100 of them costs less, and that difference goes back to the families.
